My I phone hasn&#039;t been able to deliver mail for 12 days it reads: Cannot get mail
the connection to the server &quot;imap.gmail.com&quot; failed

Also re: AT&amp;T The past two weeks of getting our dsl restored has been the absolute worst customer service experience of my life, reached far below &quot;stupid&quot; in policies and procedures in place.  AT&amp;T Customers are viewed as prisoners. BUT GOOD NEWS, last week all the broadband and phones lines were migrated away from ATT at my business. Now we begin a two year process of switching our family Cell phone plan to verizon because AT&amp;T cannot authorize cancelling contracts for lack of services promised. DSL and home phone package will be 100% cancelled mid january and give the cable company a chance.
What a crappy out of touch company.  I can&#039;t be happy with them cheating me and reading from the dishonest &quot;we apologize&quot; script any longer.  A company with their resources could give excellent service if only it was not contrary to their corporate culture. What a piece of dung.</description>
