Everyone has their own personal place to think and be creative: a particular table at a coffee shop, the sun-burnt rooftop patio of your apartment building, or the the solitary bench at the old park. These spaces help us do what needs or needn’t be done. They give us room to be alone, to live and let ideas grow. The Economist showcases some of these beautiful places, and the people who use them give commentary. It’s worth a look to hear some of the interesting personalities behind these, and maybe an hour or so more to submit your own.
